MB-60 system Due to the thermal insulation and special seals it features a low U value. Its characteristic feature is a close connection with MB-45 and MB-70 door systems. The shape of profile allows for slender and stable window constructions. There is an option of profile bend i.e. frames, sashes and batten plates, which enables the production of different type of arches.
MB-70 system Due to the thermal insulation and special seals they feature a low U value. It is very important in the time of energy management and protection of the environment.
The system applies arched thermal spacers made of polyamide reinforced by a glass fibre. The shape of spacers allows for the stiffness of profiles comparing to the flat spacers and facilitates section drainage which ensures a proper thermal insulation in all atmospheric conditions. The thermal spacers are additionally sealed on the section and spacer junction and the dividers of chambers into interior and exterior 3 parts.
MB-59S system Applied in the production of the interior parts requiring thermal and acoustic insulation, mainly different types of windows.
Almost all the sections have a three-chamber construction with the central, insulating chamber. The solution offers slender, economic and stiff profiles. The spacer junction allows for the application of bilateral profiles- different inside and different outside of elevation. The basic advantage of this system is a comfort of fittings choice and their montage. The important advantage is also a possibility of profiles bend as well as the production of archery constructions.
IMPERIAL system is a three-chambers system designed for construction of external doors and windows. The warm insert- thickness 24mm, made of poly-amide enriched by supplement fiberglass, significantly improves the mechanical strength of the outer chamber and inner profiles. Thermal insulation is additionally equipped with Coex vein that during firing powdery painting profiles process creates a reliable and excellent sealing.
The advantage of IMPERIAL windows is the possibility of proper selection of the sash to the dimensions of the window (several types of window frames and sashes) and a selection the sashes, depending on the fittings - there are sashes for a typical aluminum fittings, conforming to EURO standards as well as fitting PVC windows.
SUPERIAL system The system with improved thermal insulation. The application of three chamber thermal insert, the central gasket chamber and special glazing gaskets provide in turn & tilt system U-value <2.0 W/m2K (material group 1.0 according to DIN 4108). Depth of window frames and profiles for fixed constructions is 75 mm. For window sashes depth is 84mm. SUPERIAL system is based on accessories (corners, connectors type T), glazing bars and fittings of other systems thermally insulated. The system has very good acoustic properties. The possibility of filling with thicknesses 14-61 mm.
Three-chamber system with thermal insert- thickness 14.8 mm and 17 mm, enriched with fiberglass. The system allows the use of glass package thickness from 4 mm to 37 mm. Glass is fixed and sealed in the groove of sashes by means of glass lists made of aluminium sections and seals. Glass and post seals and made of synthetic rubber EPDM. TRILINE system is compatible with other Aliplast systems - joint glass lists, gaskets, corners and fittings.
